When a storm tears through Prescott and shingles start peeling off the roofline, you need a crew that picks up the phone and shows up — not a call center that puts you on hold.
Roof Repair Smedway didn't start as a franchise looking for a market to plant a sign in. Our crews trained on real tear-offs, real ridge vents, and real attic inspections in Prescott, WA before we ever put a truck on the road under this name.
We carry full liability coverage and workers' compensation, and every lead installer holds current state licensing, so a claim adjuster, a home inspector, or your own insurance carrier can verify our credentials without a single awkward phone call.
A patched flashing that leaks again in eighteen months costs a homeowner more than the first repair ever saved. That's why our Hail Damage Roof Repair crews follow manufacturer specs on every nail pattern and every underlayment overlap, not just the visible parts.
Bonded, insured, and ready to show proof on the spot.
Storm damage doesn't check a calendar, so neither does our on-call rotation.
You'll see the number before any work starts, not buried in a final invoice.
Local crews already know the weather patterns and permit offices in Prescott, WA.
By the time water is visibly dripping into a room, the damage underneath the surface has usually been developing for a while.
Heavy granule loss is one of the earliest visible clues that a roof is approaching the end of its service life.
Once a shingle starts warping, it's no longer sealing properly against wind-driven rain.
Climb into the attic on a sunny day — if you see pinpricks of daylight, water can get through the same gaps.
Ceiling stains tend to grow slowly, which is exactly why they're often ignored until the damage spreads.
Energy bills that creep upward without an obvious reason are worth checking against your roof's condition.
Missing shingles expose the underlayment, which is only designed as a temporary secondary barrier, not a long-term surface.
Whether it's a single emergency tarp or a full system replacement, each service below is handled by technicians who specialize in that exact scope of work.
Emergency dispatch covers downed limbs through the roof deck, storm-torn flashing, and wind-lifted shingle sections that need immediate coverage.
From a handful of cracked shingles to a full asphalt or metal system replacement, our residential crews scope the job against manufacturer specs, not guesswork.
We schedule commercial jobs around business hours whenever possible, minimizing disruption to tenants, staff, or foot traffic.
Replacement jobs include a detailed material walkthrough so you're choosing a system that fits your climate exposure and budget, not just whatever's on the truck.
Scheduled maintenance visits catch loose flashing and clogged valleys before the next storm turns them into an emergency call.
Specialized repairs cover ice-dam prevention, dormer flashing, and low-slope transitions that standard shingle crews sometimes overlook.
A dispatcher takes down your address, roof type, and the issue, then routes it to the nearest available crew in Prescott, WA.
A technician walks the roof, checks the attic side when accessible, and documents the damage with photos.
You receive an itemized, written estimate before any work begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
Once approved, the crew schedules the work and completes it to manufacturer spec, cleaning the property before leaving.
Because our teams are already local, we're rarely the company still driving in from three counties away.
Every job gets a written estimate before a single nail is pulled, so there's no surprise number waiting at the end.
Certifications are kept current so warranty coverage on materials stays valid when we install them.
If something about the finished work doesn't meet the agreed scope, we come back and make it right.
Our estimates are itemized in a format most carriers recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Some jobs genuinely need a repair, not a replacement, and we'll tell you which one yours is.
We put our workmanship guarantee in writing on every job, so if something about the completed work doesn't match what was agreed, we send a crew back at no extra charge.
If a crew leader finds something during teardown that changes the scope, you'll hear about it before it changes your bill, not after.
Our Prescott coverage area extends across Prescott, WA, and if your address falls just outside the standard zone, dispatch can usually still arrange a visit.
Dispatch routes are planned around Prescott's actual neighborhoods and access roads, not a generic radius drawn on a map, which is part of why our arrival estimates tend to hold up.
